Products and orders

Each product page describes the template, its price and the file formats supplied. Please check these details before ordering. Prices are shown in pounds sterling, and the total payable is displayed at checkout. You can review your cart before placing an order. We will confirm your order by email.

Our products are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped. Download access is normally provided after purchase. If you do not receive your files or have trouble opening them, email us and we will help.

Using your templates

When you buy a template, you may download, edit and reuse it for your own work or as part of services you provide to your clients. You may share completed documents with the people they are intended for, such as clients or training participants.

You may not resell the template itself, share its original editable files as a standalone product, or claim that you created the template for resale. Purchasing a template does not transfer ownership of its design or content to you.

Please review and adapt each template for your circumstances before using it. You are responsible for the information you add to it.

Cancellations and problems

If you change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase by emailing kathryn@trustpointvirtualservicesltd.co.uk. You may use the cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

If a file is faulty, does not download, or is not as described, please contact us so we can resolve the problem. Your statutory rights are not affected. Further details are in our Refund and cancellation policy.

Privacy and website use

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. You must not misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms shown when you place your order apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
