Refund and cancellation policy

All products sold by Trustpoint Digital Studio are digital downloads. No physical item will be sent. If you change your mind, you can request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase by emailing kathryn@trustpointvirtualservicesltd.co.uk. If you have trouble downloading a file, or a file is faulty or not as described, please contact me and I’ll help resolve the issue. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
